70 Durometer Neoprene Bearing Pads
Description
Hanna Rubber’s 70 durometer neoprene (polychloroprene) plain bearing pads offer maximum rigidity and load-bearing capacity for the most demanding bridge and heavy-construction applications, fully certified to AASHTO M251-06 Grade 3, AREMA Section 18, Caltrans Section 51, ASTM D4014, and CAN/CSA standards. Ideal for heavy steel girders, precast segments, and seismic restraint systems, these high-hardness pads control movement, absorb shocks, dampen vibration, and attenuate noise to maintain safety and longevity under extreme loads. Their robust neoprene compound provides superior resistance to ozone, UV exposure, weathering, and a range of industrial chemicals. Available in thicknesses from 1/8″ up to 18″ and in 36″ or 48″ widths—with custom bevels, edge profiles, and durometer options (50–70) offered—our 70 durometer neoprene pads reliably perform between –10 °F and 250 °F, delivering unmatched performance for bridges, industrial plants, and marine structures throughout the U.S. and Canada.
