Hanna Rubber manufactures and supplies a comprehensive line of food-grade sheet rubber products engineered for safety, performance, and regulatory compliance in food processing and potable water applications. Our food-grade offerings include white neoprene, white nitrile, white EPDM, and Santoprene®, all available in various durometers and thicknesses to meet diverse sealing and gasketing requirements.
Our white EPDM sheet rubber is formulated to provide excellent resistance to water, steam, and a wide range of chemicals, making it ideal for applications requiring non-oily food contact. It is FDA-compliant, suitable for repeated use, and meets the demanding performance characteristics expected in sanitary and food-grade environments. Also available is Santoprene™ 241-55 TPE—manufactured by ExxonMobil and offered through Hanna Rubber—which complies with NSF/ANSI 51 and 61 standards for potable water and food equipment. It is also FDA-approved for non-fatty food contact in sealing and closure applications.
